Every change of business strategy or transformation requires a re-evaluation of the physical processes undertaken by a business. Processes are the DNA of an organization. How they interact and evolve determines the eventual success or failure of a transformation programme. stpsolutions are experts in process redesign, the development and integration of systems to achieve end-to-end efficiencies and the inherent change management, conscious always that human behaviour is main ingredient for widespread adoption.

Inner Leader
Inner Leader is a very special programme for young people. It's aim is to build a future generation of leaders who are equipped for the next decades. The programme has at its heart the discovery of the Inner Leader in every young peron that allows them to remain authentic as they develop their innate leadership strengths. The workshops are customised for different age groups, primarily aimed at those in transition points of their education eg primary to secondary, and secondary to university. Other workshops are being evolved to include prefects and staff as new groups.
