Restructuring the Executive Team post acquisition
Situation: The CEO needed to develop a new organization structure, and reengage the executive team. He then had to prepare the executive team to present the new strategy to the investors and get their backing and agreement to funding.
Approach: We ran a diagnostic with the executive team, with one to one interviews, and planned the approach with the CEO. We then ran a facilitated workshop to develop the new organisation structure. Subsequently we coached the executive team in a facilitated workshop to prepare them for presenting the strategy to to the investors.
